Our popular group fitness classes and a variety of physical activities for kids will be offered as part of the borough’s sports programming.

- Introduction to Sports (3 to 5 years of age) : Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Session : Starting March 25, 2023
Registration: As of March 13, 2023
Price : $93 for the session (one class per week). Families may be eligible for financial assistance.
Location : Centre communautaire de l’Ouest
- Multisport (6 to 7 years of age) : Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Multisports (6 to 7 years of age) : Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Physical Activities for Kids (6 to 9 years of age)
- Hip-hop (6 to 7 years of age) : Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Hip-hop (6 to 9 years of age) : Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon.
